Sydney Roosters forward Dylan Napa has hit back at criticism of his tackle on Korbin Sims, saying he didn't intentionally lead with his head nor celebrated the resulting head clash. Napa was sin-binned for the incident at a crucial junction in the defeat against Brisbane Broncos, but has controversially escaped sanction from the match review committee.

"I did get criticised for showboating for a headclash, but it wasn't until after I saw the replay that I saw it was a head clash." - Dylan Napa.

At first I thought it was accidental but the more I look at it the way he leads with head like he did its reckless & dangerous not just for the ball runner also for him self that's not a normal tackling technique.

As if he's gunna say it was intentional

He can say that all he wants but it was intentional

Hope someone does it to you, Mr. Unintentional C!

Let's hope that the moron who called in this hoax gets charged and convicted with a criminal offence AND ... Is made to pay for: 1. The full cost of the emergency services response at maximum mark up rates. 2. Compensate ALL passengers for the inconvenience to them. 3. FULLY compensate the bus company for all their costs as a result of this incident -including the potential brand damage and loss of bookings. If that means that moron loses all his assets then so be it.

Yet another business goes to the wall!. More Staff out of “work!” But we won’t factor in all the job losses to statistics now will we “MR Jobs and Growth!” Shame really considering this is the best supermarket that offers money for value to customers. Toys R Us 44 stores/ 700 Jobs IGA ? Esprit 350 Jobs Lost Live Clothing. 90 Jobs Lost

weekend penalty rate cuts did not make any more jobs available either so why don't you reinstall that

Seems the Coalition will have to up their offer (bribe) with some better shiny bauble with Hanson playing hard ball. It's unusual for Hanson to disappoint her Coalition handlers. Maybe she's human afterall?...ummm...nuh.

If anyone else is aware of any other business that have gone to the wall and put people out of work since beginning of 2018 please list them

Pauline take out the gun to bring down the govt.. go get new election to have innovation jobs and growth ..

How about tax cuts for sole traders? As they are taxed at a higher rate for some obscure reason

Go Pauline!!! 👍👍👍 hay ray 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Prime minister Hanson

Maybe council should be held liable for making their drivers manouver in dangerously small spaces. This lane needs a no parking policy so trucks can even fit safely

Everyone who is blaming the driver how about you drive a garbage truck through that lane way without hitting anything mind you some guy sleeping on the ground. I feel for the guy that died but this is also the fault of the government not looking after our homeless and wasting money to overseas things.

I get that the laneway is small and hard to drive through, but couldn't he SEE a man lieing there?

it was a sad accident....& a narrow lane i dont believe he should b charged.. mayb we should have more support & homeless shelters 😪

If you see the picture it shows the truck parked next to a car in the lane and the only way to get passed to do his job is put the truck up on the footpath. Police have to find someone to charge for a junky alcoholic bum for sleeping illegally in the street... maybe if the government done something to help the bums who cant live in normal society this kind of thing wouldnt happen. The driver was just doing his job and now he's life is ruined because of some bum.

This is why there are hit and runs everyday. When the person does the right thing they are sent to jail!! The other day a woman was hit by a car while illegally crossing. The first driver stopped. But someone else hit and killed her, they didn’t stop. Do you blame them? How could they have avoided the situation when someone is flung out in front of you with no time to stop. And if you stay and don’t run you are put in jail. This garbage truck driver is probably a hard worker. Complete accident. It’s illegal to sleep on roads.

Gosh, looking at the laneway, it makes you wonder how a garbage truck even gets through. Seems like a tragic accident, I hope the investigation finds a true and fair outcome for all involved. RIP to the man who lost his life.

At first place no one should sleep outside on footpath how he knows someone there sleeping it’s footpath not a bed or bedroom

That’s just not right to charge him

think so unfair to charge him

Good, specially when they are saying he drove on the footpath.

Why did he drive onto the footpath in the first place?

Horrible story and outcome for both parties :(

I hope you feel horrible #JuliaBishop! You should be spending millions on looking after Australian's (homeless, farmers, etc) not spending millions overseas! Charity starts at home!

And yet the guy who king hit someone after this “act” has closed a city gets off and taken home by the police gets to go free. But this was clearly an accident gets charged? Say what!!!

Remind me again how Gladys found the safe homeless camp in Martin Place so offensive to her eyes, so she got them moved on into more danger having to resort to this?

This is the government fault and councils fault not the driver. get good barrister for sure

I'm surprised a truck could fit down there with out being in the oath in places. Sad all round .can't help the dead man to punish the driver to harshly hopefully after court will be recorded as accident and his jobs instated . Ppl get off for way worse and U hope his off with pay

David Rounsevell this country is a bloody joke, a junky sleeping on the footpath can't even wake up when a truck is coming down the road.. Hopefully get the same style judge that let the Paramedic bashers off

Our judges need to have laws that thay follow if no be named an shamed

Hmmmm maybe he was intoxicated or something must have been wrong for him to get charged. Nasty and sad all around..

I feel sorry for this guy.

So sad for all concerned. I feel for the driver, the victim, his family and friends. Such a tragedy.

#Daisy #Kelpie #LittleMissDaisy #LittleMissPawsonality #Pawsonality #GiveaDogaHome

"Let the sunshine in, face it with a grin, smilers never lose, so let the sunshine in"

Howdy ladies and gents,
I'm Daisy...you know, like the flower, also known as Little Miss Daisy.
Did you know daisies represent purity and innocence? Well, that's me! Ok, ok, you got me...I'm not always innocent, but I try!

Anyway, I have a habit of rambling, so let's get down to biiizzznizzz! I'm a 2-year-old female Kelpie X, and I'm after a new place to set up camp and share my wonderful life with some special hoomans.

One thing I've always been is brilliant...I'm so clever! I would absolutely, well and truly ace obedience classes, so I ask that you enrol me cause I want to show just how smart I am.

My favourite thing in the whole wide world is my ROPE TOY! I dunno what it is about that cluster of string, but it is pawsitively the best thing ever created. I know other dogs chase after tennis balls and they think they're great..but tennis balls are SO LAST YEAR! I mean this new fangdangle rope toy is equivalent to your hooman iPhone X...but the rope toy is better...obviously. It doesn't run out of battery ever! and you can drop it in the doggy pool and it STILL WORKS afterwards...no need to soak in rice overnight...woohoo!

Anyway, on another note...I'm looking for hoomans who have experience with working breeds. I'm high-energy and my physical needs must be met for me to be the happy-go-lucky gal that I am. Let's go hiking and running and jumping...I can't wait!

I don't really wanna talk about other pesky dogs, but the Communications lady says I have to...and she has treats, so I'm kinda gunna do what she says. Anywho, other dogs are not my forte. When I see other pooches I get a wave of emotion which goes a little something like this:

*OMG!!! a DOG! I'm so excited (usually lasts between 2-5 seconds)
*OMG!!! Is this dog starring me down!? That dog better not be starring me down (usually lasts between 5-20 seconds)
* Who the heck does this dog think he/she is!? Get out of ma face before I practise my Bruce Lee moves on you, mofo!

So, as you can see I'm pretty unsure of other dogs and I would suggest that my new hoomans get some professional help before I'm taken to area's that are populated with lots of pooches. I have high hopes of improving, so I just need YOU to help me <3

Ok, so you may have gathered by now that I'm little miss pawsonality? I'm full-on, affectionate, SUPER CUTE (I mean, just look at moiiii Kimmy!), and super smart, but I'm not really suited to young kids. I much prefer teens!

Anyway, that's about all I have time for folks, so come on down! Come and meet me in pawson.

Love always,
Little Miss Daisy xx

#Raynor #Gentleman #SeniorRescue
Say hello to Raynor. He's a delightful senior aged around 8 years of mixed breed heritage! Raynor has been on foster and has a glowing report. Foster mum says he's the most affectionate dog they've ever had! He loves a pat, is great on lead and OMG he LOVES a bath!

Raynor also loves being with people and enjoys meeting new folks on his daily walk or welcoming visitors to the home. He's not completely aware of how to react with other dogs - he will pull on lead and bark. He's met a number of dogs since arriving at the Home and seems eager to interact. He will need monitoring with calm, controlled introductions given his size. He has met another dog with the view of co-habiting, but will likely suit being an only dog in the home.

Raynor is house-trained and knows all the basic commands! He really is a gentleman and may suit a home with older children who will respect his space. He does cope well when left alone so could be adopted by full or part time workers or may even suit semi or new retirees who love a nice walk everyday and will enjoy having lots of interaction with a loveable canine companion.

As a senior boy Raynor does have some minor medical issues and will need to have his time in the sun monitored. He's such a happy hound who is much adored by all and is sure to give much delight to new owners.

Attention, attention!
I'm Milo!
I'm so excited to meet you!
I'm just a young boy at 9-months-old and I'm a Heeler X Labrador which means I'm super smart, but I'm a grade A+ derrrrpppp.

So, now that the #RoyalWedding is over, we can focus on impawtant topics like how the heck I'm going to get out of here? What sort of hoomans will I get? What sort of home will I live in? So many questions!

I'm young, fun and full of energy, so I'm going to tell it straight...you will need to put time into me to reap the doggy-goodness rewards. I have basic obedience skillzzz, but I have so much to learn, after all I've only been on the earth for 273 days (that's 9 months...see, I'm smart!).

In my 273 days of living, I've discovered that when I'm left alone for long periods of time, I find it SUPER FUN to dig some holes...or as I like to call them 'works of art'! The Refuge told me it's not the best behaviour and I need to learn to stop this, so I ask that in the beginning, you don't leave me alone for long-long periods of time, and that if you do go out, I'm left with lots of awesome brain toys and puzzles so I can play with them instead of rearranging your plants. Now, this will be a little bit of trial and error, but pleaaaseeee for the love of dog, be patient with me...I'm trying really, really hard to please everyone who meets me.

I'm a friendly boy and think it's soooo rad to meet other dogs, so I think group obedience classes would be the best thing ever for me! I'm social and I still have lots to learn, so it's a match made in heaven...let's get onto enrolling me ASAP - I just can't wait...I've got my 'kindy' bag packed ready to go! Wooohooo!!!

One other thing you need to know about me is I'm part working breed, so this means a slow meander around the block each day will NOT be enough for me. I like to run, stretch my legs and get active. So, I'm gunna need around 1.5 hours of exercise each day.

Kids are A-OK by me, but I think I'm best suited to kids over 10-years-old. I need gentle and calm kids because the loud, noisy ones leave me feeling very unsure of myself...and them!

So now it's the part where you get your car keys and you put them into your 'bruummmm brummm' and you come and see me! My address is 30 Lemnos St, Shenton Park.

See you soon, friends!
Milo x
