Coca-Cola is reducing the sugar in even its full-sugar drinks

Faced with a consumer backlash against sugar consumption and growing calls for a sugar tax, Coca-Cola is trying to cut back the sugar levels in its Australian and New Zealand products.

The drinks will either be made less sweet over time or have stevia replace some of the sugar.

That’s the best sculpture of a ‘Circumsealion’ that I’ve ever seen...👌

It reminds me a bit of the seal on Pingu ... hmmm yep I’ve been watching too much tv 😉. Just needs to paint it grey and draw some eyes 😉

“Gerald, off, off the rock, shove off”

A Seal of approval

Overuse it & it WILL fall off!

Moby, is that you?

The tuskless walrus.

Kellie Byrne was this one of your kids?

Rigid Moby

It’s clearly the little mermaid 🧜🏻‍♀️

Free Willy 😉

It’s a Mum lying on the couch waiting for the kids to bring her a cuppa

Seal rock

It’s a seal on a rock surely

Just keep swimming

Seal basking on a rock 😉

A seal balancing his ball on his head 🤣

Looks like a seal 🤔

Did you know? Three-quarters of the world’s major conflicts have a cultural dimension. Bridging the gap between cultures is urgent and necessary for peace, stability and development: www.un.org/en/events/culturaldiversityday/

Learning - About different cultures and learning to be tolerant of those that are different.. And realising and appreciating that our parents and even more our grandparents would hardly believe the changes in our society and the general acceptance of those changes, and improvements to our world view..

The sights, sounds and colours of cultural diversity are wonderful.

Learning and experiencing other cultures. It has opened up the possibility to educate ourselves on the different cultures without having to travel outside of Australia. It has also opened up for me , not only the availability of fruit and vegetables but the different cuisine.

Learning about different cultures and of course the fabulous food!!

Yes it is. But it needs to be directed towards things that help and improve, not reduce and decay. Progressive over regressive.

Shawkan is a photojournalist facing the death penalty in Egypt.

His crime? He took photos of police violence that killed hundreds a Cairo protest in 2013.

This month, he was awarded the UNESCO/Guillermo Cano Press Freedom Prize. He wrote this letter in reply:

- - -

Sitting with my cellmate, nothing on my mind; the usual, daily, boring affair. When the radio announces that Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs regrets my being awarded UNESCO’s press freedom prize. I feel two things… joy and sadness.

I was happy about UNESCO’s confidence in me, about being awarded the biggest prize in press freedom worldwide. And I felt sad about the disappointment of my fellow [compatriots], who share my skin colour, over my receiving the award. Unfortunately, this was not enough for them. They defamed and degraded me, called me a “criminal,” a “terrorist,” “a recipient of Qatari money,” even though I was born in Kuwait and grew up there.

My profession does not know terrorism or crimes; it’s the voice of the voiceless.

Let the Foreign Ministry sing the tune of the Interior Ministry. Some have played and some have sung, and so it goes. Distortions!

But how? Isn’t the law enough to regulate our relationships and our lives?

Since I am innocent by law, which—as a principle regards defendants innocent until proven guilty, how did officials judge me before the court? What if I were acquitted? Or is it a pre-emptive step to influence the court’s decision? Darkness! And injustice! How a state or a quasi-state as the president claims—demand that the law be respected, while being the first to violate it? How do my fellow journalists echo what officials have said about me, even though I was given an award by the Journalists Syndicate a month ago? Contradictions!

I would like to express gratitude to the director general of UNESCO, Audrey Azoulay, who’s originally a photographer. And to the secretary of the organization for giving me the award.

I extend my greetings to the members of the International Press Institute for nominating me for the prize. And to my mentors and my colleagues, who support me and have believed in my innocence since my arrest.

Kisses to my family, and to my love and my friends. I dedicate this prize to Radwa and Gad.

Greetings!

I would say they are all heroes, including those that don't make it. Even just for their attempt at fighting such a heartbreaking condition that a child shouldn't have to go through.

Visitors with young children can now travel a little easier, with access to 5-star Parent Room facilities at Adelaide Airport.

Our new Parents’ Rooms, located on Level 0 and 2, have been awarded 5 stars by the Australian Breastfeeding Association Baby Care Room Audits.

A 3-star Baby Care Room is regarded a great place to go, and a 5-star Baby Care Room, like ours, is considered fantastic!

Have you visited? We welcome feedback to help us continue to improve your Adelaide Airport experience.

This is great but when will the International Arrivals & Departure toilets be done? Needs an extreme makeover! What a disgrace and a complete embarassment.
