"As my changing track came on I was hit with a profound feeling of happiness, sadness, contentment and achievement. Not brought on by the music but perhaps it was subconscious. I have inflicted this band on my family all of their lives." Hear Raf read Kevin's Changing Track tale, set to a Cold Chisel classic

These are particularly personal tales charting a turning point in someone's life with a song to match. There's no hard or fast topic for the stories featured on Changing Tracks, just "a song that was playing when your life changed tracks.

Afternoon all just wondering if you've had a report of 3 young teenagers on motorbikes one had 2 on it. In Elizabeth midway road and main north road. They were causing havoc with traffic very dangerous situation myself and all the other motorists were on tender hooks. A ute tried to chase them down wondering if he caught up with them. glad no one was hurt but very annoyed at the lack of consideration for EVERYONE around them.

Can you help solve this week’s featured Crime Stoppers offence? Police have a prime suspect in the disappearance and suspected murders of Damian Cauchi and Russell Bradshaw.

Mr Cauchi, aged 21, was last seen departing his Mount Gambier home to take up residence in Adelaide twenty years ago, in early August 1998. Police believe Mr Cauchi may have had knowledge about the disappearance and murder of Mr Bradshaw.

Detectives coordinated a search of scrubland at Borrika near Karoonda, where it was believed that Mr Cauchi had been buried. His body was not located. A $200,000 reward is on offer for information leading police to Mr Cauchi or Mr Bradshaw’s remains, or to a criminal conviction in these cases.

If you know something, say something. Phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or report online at crimestopperssa.com.au You can remain anonymous.

Its so sad! People murder other people; hide the bodies; and then go on with their lives as if they had done nothing wrong! 😥😥

Omg.. I didn't realise he was even missing!!

Such a long, long time and still no closure for the family

Good result! On 13 August, we posted this photo of a Giant bike suspected of being stolen. The owner has now been identified. 👍

Last month police arrested a man for traffic, break-in and weapons offences following a traffic stop at Waikerie. Almost 30 items suspected of being stolen were seized from his vehicle and most have been returned to the owners.

This black and white Giant carbon frame racing bicycle was also recovered during the investigation. The owner of the bike saw our post on Facebook and has come forward. It will be alleged the bike was stolen during a break-in at Nuriootpa and the arrested man will now face additional charges.

The bike has now been returned to its owner.

Very sad. Any idea how long will the road closure be in place for please?

SAPOL , maybe you should read the comments on the Meadows Buzz page about the lunatic driver that uses this road every morning. Alot of people have witnessed his total disregard for other road users but no one has managed to get his plate #. It was suggested he was cause of this.

Matt Hastwell everyone ok ?

Gillian Broadbent

Daniel Matthew just before I went through this morning :/

Do we know which direction the Nissan driver was heading? Towards Meadows? or Echunga? to Mt Barker or Hahndorf? I'm guessing he might be trying to hide a damaged vehicle?

Always in our thoughts, but today we particularly remember the incredibly talented Tanja Liedtke.

On this day 11 years ago we lost an extraordinary dancer, choreographer and friend. We are proud to honour her legacy through the Tanja Liedtke Studio and the ADT International Centre of Choreography, with the generous support of the Tanja Liedtke Foundation.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Eira Swaine to the role of Executive Director.

Eira commenced at ADT in 2015 and has worked across programming, fundraising and producing during her progression to this senior position.

“Working across the many facets of this vibrant, national dance company has allowed me to see ADT from every angle and that experience has given me a real understanding of the importance of engaging with our incredible team here at ADT, the local, national and international performing arts sector, our valued corporate partners, and, of course our wonderful audiences,” said Ms Swaine.

“ADT has a remarkable history and, in recent times, has really reached new heights with the move to the redeveloped The Odeon, the establishment of the ADT International Centre for Choreography and, most recently, the inaugural Adelaide Dance Festival.

“Looking ahead, the calendar is already filling with some amazing opportunities in Adelaide, around Australia and globally, so it’s an honour and privilege to represent ADT as Executive Director alongside our Artistic Director, Garry Stewart.”

Artistic Director Garry Stewart on the score of The Beginning of Nature featuring Kaurna language - "When I first decided to make this work I always wanted to include the human voice in the score, but in a work about rhythms in nature it made very little sense to use English which has only been spoken on this continent for the past 230 years – barely a blip - compared to the tens of thousands of years that Indigenous languages have been spoken here. So it made much more sense to work with Kaurna language which is the first nations language of the Adelaide Plains".
