If that's the rule then all we can hope is that it's enforced fairly and consistently from now on but how can refs be certain of a players intent bit of a can of worms I reckon.
Listen to the butt hurt broncos fans. Different when the decisions go your way
Even billy slater said he dropped the ball even told the ref he dropped the ball
Matt Finn Making the rules as they go... No try
Perhaps the NRL trying to boost ratings in Victoria?
Forget the dropped ball, player in front of the kicker within 10 meters of a player trying to get the ball. Off-side.
If it was a cricket match Billy would have walked. The worst decision I’ve seen in many a year.
So please tell me is it a try or no try 😲
BS. As was the decision to let time go on when Smith was refereeing for a full minute.
Even slater said he knocked it on but with the honesty hes played the game the last few weeks he wouldn't say anything to the ref
They officials made a bad mistake, but Melbourne were to good again.
Wrong.....obviously it was ruled incorrectly, but, hey thats 2018 for ya.
Knock on for sure ..i wonder if any other player did this Wat the call would be .even slater said no try
Just typical the way the game is going DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Doesn’t matter they will get demolished either way
Even Billy thought he knocked it on...
Refs can read minds who knew?!!! Because they sure struggle with everything else. 😁
Not only did Billy think it , he actually stated it! For F.S.
Its in the rules
Disgrace - momentum killer , game changer

And again the RSPCA get the most attention, despite being the only “rescue” that get government funding, and have high euthanasia rates. PLEASE consider volunteering your time (and maybe home as foster carer) to any of the independent rescues in WA currently providing care for over 700 dogs. The RSPCA WA have 11.

ABC Sydney shared NSW Rural Fire Service's video.
🚧 There could be smoke around this weekend due to hazard reduction burns.
☀️ The NSW RFS says they'll monitor weather conditions to determine if the burns go ahead.
🚒 Only call Triple O if you see an unattended fire with flames 🔥 and no fire trucks 🚒
NSW Rural Fire Service
Controlled hazard reduction burns will be conducted by NPWS, NSW RFS and FRNSW firefighters over the coming days, weather permitting, in areas across NSW including Cessnock, the Shoalhaven and parts of the Sydney region including Faulconbridge, Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Wollondilly.
With forecast light winds, smoke from these burns is likely to settle across parts including the Greater Sydney region, the lower Blue Mountains and Central Coast.
These are important controlled burns which will reduce the risk to people and properties from bush fires.
Motorists are reminded to drive to conditions, turn on headlights and take direction from fire crews working in the area.
Residents may notice smoke and we remind everyone to only call Triple Zero (000) if you see a fire without a fire truck in attendance.
Smoke from bush fires and hazard reduction burning can affect some people more than others.
NSW Health reminds people that children, older adults and people with heart and lung conditions are most susceptible to the effects of air pollution and excessive smoke.
If you have asthma or a lung condition, reduce outdoor activities if smoke levels are high and if shortness of breath or coughing develops, take your reliever medicine or seek medical advice.
Asthma sufferers need to follow their Asthma Action Plan and take their relieving medication where necessary. If symptoms get worse, seek medical advice. Further advice is available from the Asthma Foundation website.
Crews assess conditions right up to the moment planned burns are lit and continually monitor during operations. Details of planned hazard reduction burns are available here: www.rfs.nsw.gov.au/HR ...
